Professional Services
Fees for completed professional services, consulting, labor, troubleshooting, and support services are generally non-refundable.

Managed Services
Managed service fees are non-refundable once services for the billing period have commenced.

Prepaid Services
If prepaid services have not yet been performed, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Hardware and Software
Hardware and software purchases may be subject to manufacturer or distributor return policies and may incur restocking fees.

Billing Errors
If you believe you were billed incorrectly, please contact us within 30 days of the invoice date. We will investigate and correct any verified billing errors.
