Services

We provide information technology consulting, support, managed services, networking, cybersecurity, cloud services, and related professional services.

Quotes and Proposals

Quotes and proposals are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

Payment Terms

Invoices are due according to the payment terms specified on the invoice.

Late payments may result in:

  • Suspension of services

  • Additional fees where permitted by law

  • Collection efforts

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide necessary access to systems and equipment

  • Maintain proper software licensing

  • Provide accurate information required for service delivery

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of profits

  • Business interruption

  • Data loss

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Warranties

Services are provided on an "as-is" and "best-effort" basis unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.

Intellectual Property

Any proprietary materials, documentation, processes, or tools developed by the Company remain Company property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms of any applicable service agreement.

Governing Law
