Accessibility

We want this site to work for everyone, including people using a screen reader, a keyboard on its own, magnification, or voice control.

Last reviewed: August 2026

The standard we work to

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. That is the level most commonly referenced in US accessibility guidance, and it is the benchmark we test against.

What we have done

  • Text and background colors are tested for contrast. Body text meets or exceeds the 4.5:1 minimum.
  • Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, and the focused element is always visibly outlined.
  • A "Skip to content" link is the first thing a keyboard or screen reader user reaches.
  • Headings run in a logical order so screen reader users can navigate by structure.
  • All images carry alternative text, and decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Menus and accordions are operable by keyboard and announce whether they are open or closed.
  • Animation is disabled automatically for anyone whose device requests reduced motion.
  • Text reflows without horizontal scrolling down to a 320px-wide screen, and can be zoomed to 200% without loss of content.

Known limitations

Our contact form is provided by Microsoft Forms and embedded from Microsoft's own service. We do not control its markup or behavior, so we cannot guarantee it meets the same standard as the rest of this site.

If the form is difficult for you to use, you do not need to use it. Call (801) 562-2300 or email support@redrockit.com and we will take your details directly. You will not receive a slower or lesser response for contacting us that way.

Tell us if something is not working

If any part of this site is hard to use, or you could not do something you came here to do, we want to know. It is genuinely useful to us and we will act on it.

Email: support@redrockit.com
Phone: (801) 562-2300

Please tell us the page and what went wrong. We aim to reply within one business day and to fix confirmed problems as quickly as we reasonably can. If we cannot fix something quickly, we will tell you what we are doing instead and offer another way to get what you needed.

How we test

We check color contrast, heading structure, alternative text and keyboard operation whenever the site changes. Automated checks catch a lot but not everything, so reports from real users carry more weight than any tool.

Find out what's actually wrong - before you commit to anything.

A free IT check-up gives you a written picture of your computers, network, backups and security. No obligation, and it's yours to keep even if you never hire us.
